Paul at B4 Car Network is polite, friendly, helpful and above all, totally honest. He was recommended to us by a family member. He can't do enough to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. I was looking for a first car for my granddaughter. He found us a great little car, well inside our budget, put it through a new MOT and away we went. granddaughter over the moon. Will certainly be going back if I need to change my own car. Very refreshing to find a dealer like this.

Great personal service, Paul is a 'people person' - attentive to his clients and he provides good vehicles at good prices. When you see a vehicle but have to ask "Will that scratch be polished out ?" or "That damage to the alloy wheel, will that be fixed" - those are not questions at B4 Car network at Watton, the cars are presented how you would want them to be when you take them home so you do't have to worry if it will be as "OK as promised" when you collect it. We previously purchased a Mercedes Convertible 3 1/2 years ago and were happy to see Paul still in business and he was happy to trade it in against this purchase.

Absolute Gentleman, who is honest and not the "˜typical' salesman!
I am a female in my mid 40's, and went alone to look at one of Pauls cars, and he was respectful and answered all of my (maybe silly) questions with knowledge and kindness. When we went on a test drive he made me feel comfortable and safe, and was kind enough to offer to put the car aside for three days until my partner could come and look at it. From start to finish Paul was genuine, honest and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond, he put two new tyres on before we picked it up as he thought these may need changing at its next Mot. We had an issue after we had picked it up, phoned Paul, he picked it up got this sorted and delivered it back to us too. Very unusual for a second hand car dealer, hence my title of the review as Paul really is one in a million.

The gentleman we dealt with at Watton, Norfolk, Paul Body, was great - he supplied answers to our questions, was patient with our test drive (about 1 hour as I feel you only get one chance), extended his working day to ensure that we could see the car as soon as possible around my work commitments and, after we found that the air conditioning did not work, had this rectified within 4 days so that we could collect the car within 5 days of placing the deposit.

My experience of dealing with Paul at B4 Car Network was amazing from start to finish. A fantastic car at a competitive price which was exactly as described on viewing and Paul was a great guy to deal with. Paul picked us up from a local Train Station to view the car, was extremely polite, very genuine and you can easily see why he gets such fantastic reviews. I traveled over 100 miles to buy the car for all the reasons mentioned. A refreshing experience to view a car that was advertised accurately and to deal with a really nice person who didn't put any pressure on us to buy the car, in fact it was the other way round, we wanted to make sure we bought it there and then before anyone else saw the car. Paul even rang us the same evening to make sure our long journey home went well. Will we travel over 100 miles again to buy our next car from Paul..........definitely

Buying a pre-owned car can be a very daunting experience, but from the moment my wife and I met Paul, we knew that it was going to be a pleasure dealing with him. Paul didn't pressure us at all, and we immediately felt at ease. the car was excellently presented, and we were free to drive and assess it at our leisure. Paul smoothly handled all the paperwork for both our purchase and the car we traded in; thus making the transaction very easy for us, and no charge for "admin" like some other dealers. From initial enquiry to purchase I felt reassured talking to Paul. As a first time car buyer, I was naturally a bit nervous about making the decision. When I spoke to Paul - even though he was on holiday he was more than happy to discuss and answer queries whenever I had them. Arranging the test drive was simple and Graham who was there to help with the test drive (in Paul's absence) kindly came along with me. I was provided with all background about the car and the couple of things that had shown on the previous MOT were taken care of. They also arranged a new MOT to be issued. Paul kindly dropped the car to me rather than me get the bus to collect. He had even filled up the tank. I felt extremely happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back to Paul in the future.

A really genuine gentleman who made us feel at ease from the first phone call. Having just had a bad experience with a large car superstore in Ipswich we were reluctant to continue looking for a car in lockdown but had our heart set on getting a MINI. The owner of B4 was honest and easy to deal with, he talked us through the process and we reserved the car with him and arranged an appointment to visit on the weekend knowing we could get a refund if we weren't happy. When we got there the car was as good if not better in the flesh so after a test drive the deal was done. Fantastic experience all round. On arrival to view the car it was filled up and ready, and it was clean and tidy. The salesman was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, putting me at ease as I was very nervous to drive an automatic for the first time. It was also my first time buying a car and it was nice to feel I could trust the person selling me the car and not feel pressured into a sale. The price was incredibly reasonable and the sale was sorted out quickly and easily. Brand new car mats were ordered at no extra cost, a lovely extra touch, and a short while after I had arrived home after purchasing the car I received a message to see how I had found the drive which was a really nice follow up gesture. I hope to have such a pleasant experience the next time I purchase a car, and certainly will be visiting B4 Cars before looking elsewhere! Thank You again for helping me find the perfect first car!

Wow what an oustanding first class service delivered to me by B4 car network! Initially started with me requesting a Fiat 500 to a specific budget and colour! No challenge to big for B4, 5 days later arrived the car! Fresh mot arranged for by the dealership. Any advisorys repaired to high standard. Allready thinking what a great service but wait cars ready at 5.30 on a friday. It was then agreed to drop the car that evening at my home address....and wait for it delivered with quatre of a tank of fuel! None of this usual dealer red light limp home on air malarky! What a gent. Highly recommend not often you find a dealership willing to go that extra mile! Made the whole process of buying a car so relaxing no pushy saleman techniques.Bottle of wines being dropped off saturday as a thank you! Restores my faith in dealerships. After our recent traumatic experience with a national dealership chain we have had our faith restored that there are still some good ones out there. From our initial phone call Paul could not have been more helpful. We travelled from Devon by coach to pick up our new car and was picked up from the coach station 20 minutes away from the garage by Paul. The car was exactly as he had described. We had a five hour journey home and he bothered to contact us to see we had got back safely. Cannot recommend him high enough. I would not hesitate to use him again, even though it would mean a 5 hour journey each way.

We travelled just under 50 miles to buy the car and it was well worth all the extra effort as the car was superb and the attention to detail was faultless. From start to finish I had total confidence in our salesman and with the quality of the car, I was not disappointed. We were addressed politely and in a friendly manner throughout the transaction and I would highly recommend this business to anyone. First class, as good (if not better) than it can get ! Use with total confidence !!

Changing cars made easy.
We immediately felt comfortable with Paul who was offering a range of cars sourced by him from main dealers (i.e. not auction site purchases). All our questions were fairly answered and the process of part exchange purchase of the "˜new to us car' was painless. As expected I was offered and took a test drive but as Paul had himself collected the car from VW Harrogate we felt that problems would have been noticed by a better tester than myself! The new car was prepped and ready to go following payment from my debit card. All I had to do was move my insurance to the new car and I could drive it away with 3 months free warranty with the option to extend at additional cost if we so wished. And yes we love the car. Just need to absorb the three VW user manuals.

B4 Car Network is the most reliable and helpful business that I have ever experienced.The owner cannot do enough to help with any problems that you may encounter with any of his vehicles he sells that are always in top condition for their age.His after sales attitude is second to none. I know of a number of people who will only go to B4 cars if changing their cars because they trust the quality and integrity of the business. I have had a number of cars from B4 and would recommend anyone to go there for their quality and reliability of 2nd hand cars.

Superb service from start to finish.
